Customers can cancel their reservations within a 24-hour grace period after the initial transaction. If the cancellation occurs seven or more days before the scheduled rental date, no penalty will be imposed.
Because our vehicles come with a substantial price tag, we require a refundable security deposit for all rentals, varying from $750 to $5000 based on the selected vehicle. Whether you’re renting the car for 4 hours or a full 24-hour period, the security deposit remains consistent with the 24-hour rental price. The entire deposit is reimbursed upon the vehicle’s return and comprehensive inspection. Any additional mileage charges or minor damages are deducted from the deposit, with the remaining balance refunded to your credit card.
A minimum rental duration of 24 hours is mandatory to prevent incurring penalty charges. Should clients require a shorter rental period, we encourage them to communicate with one of our customer service representatives for assistance.
Clients aged 18 to 20, with insurance in good standing, can rent a vehicle if they are 18 years or older. However, an additional underage fee of $150 and a deposit fee of $250 (refundable upon vehicle return) will be applicable for this age group.
If you are a U.S. citizen with comprehensive car insurance that extends to various vehicles, no extra coverage is necessary. We will contact your insurance provider to confirm coverage and ensure your policy is in good standing. For our international customers, we assist in securing insurance coverage for the rental duration.
Our rental cars often experience minor scuffs and scrapes, such as curb damage to wheels or scratches on the front bumper. These repairs are promptly and affordably addressed, with the costs deducted from the security deposit to minimize the vehicle’s downtime. After settling your invoice, you can file a claim with your insurance company to seek reimbursement for any incurred charges.
